Miss Stark is a St. John the Baptist graduate who has returned to us to lead our third graders. She says, "Children learn by example, from their elders and ultimately are products of their environment. We grow up, move on to new frontiers and establish new places we call “home”.  I have been blessed to come “home” and as it is said “full circle” back to my roots and environment where I learned to be that adult my parents are proud of. I graduated from EIU in 2012 with a degree in Early Childhood Education with concentration towards Child and Family Studies. My student teaching and recent experience was spent at Woodland School District 50 Primary School in Gurnee as a full time substitute and long term kindergarten substitute. 
       I am proud and look forward to setting that example, help our young children to learn and make that impression that so many of our teachers did for me at St. John's"
