St. John the Baptist Catholic Elementary School strives to be a premier educational environment which prepares confident well-rounded stewards who hunger for knowledge and thirst for Christ.
To bring into closer relation the home and the school; parents, teachers and parish, so they may cooperate intelligently in the education of our children. To create a caring, worshiping community rooted in Christ's teaching where everyone can achieve his or her full potential.
All registered families and faculty of St. John the Baptist Catholic Elementary School are members of the Home and School Association.
Home and School holds open forum meetings every month in the Parish Hall/school gym (see school calendar for dates and times). All parents and faculty are welcomed and encouraged to attend. Notices are sent out. Parents are encouraged to volunteer for Home & School events. Many tasks are available with very flexible hours. Requests for volunteers are made through flyers through the family envelopes, and SignUp Genius. Please feel free to contact the school office at any time to volunteer. If a firm commitment cannot be made for an event, walk in help will always be appreciated, even if it is only for an hour. With the help of our families, relatives, and friends, our events have always been successful. With your help, they will continue to be just as successful.
