I appreciate how many came up to me after the meeting to express excitement - it was so nice to hear from you all! I recognize there are also those with nerves or apprehension.  

As the headmaster of Chesterton said last night, we are doing this so our children are happy.  They are well-rounded, they know who they are, they are critical thinkers, and they can reason for themselves.  We want them to know and live their Catholic faith so they can get to Heaven.  That's what I want for my own kids, and as principal, that's what I want for all our students here at St. John's.
